This cleans up the build process for all architectures, providing a
common place to specify vpath, cflags and build rules for various
common files.

This driver uses the generic GPIO functions and allows per-LED port
and pin configuration. It supports up to 32 LEDs.
Rename SoC-specific LED drivers.
Remove enabled parameter to ao_led_init

This tries to be a bit more logical about the board initialization
sequence, starting with the OS, then the support hardware, internal
drivers, external drivers and finally services.

Also remove some unneeded config of an additional pin for MCU wakeup,
which the CC1120 needs but the CC1200 does not.
