Instead of just "knowing" that ao_boot_loader will be passed zero when
the application wants to get back to the boot loader, explicitly
define the values so that both sides always agree.

This causes the flash loader startup code to fall into the loader when
the application sets the boot address to zero.

This shrinks the base OS load down a bit as well so that stm-flash
fits comfortably in the first 8kB of memory.
