We don't ever need to be able to do storage read/write across chunks
of flash on the old cc1111 products, so remove the loops that support
it to save space.

core remains a bad name to use -- dirvish skips files (and
directories, it seems) with that name.

This allows the user to specify which compiler to use for each target
CPU. Also checks to make sure the arm compiler supports -m0 and -m3
cpu type flags. The build now actually uses the specified compilers too.

compiled output lying around.

Split out sources into separate directories:
core: architecture and product independent bits
cc1111: cc1111-specific code
drivers: architecture independent drivers
product: product-specific sources and Makefile fragments
util: scripts for building stuff
This should have no effect on the built products, but testing is encouraged
