This allows the user to specify which compiler to use for each target
CPU. Also checks to make sure the arm compiler supports -m0 and -m3
cpu type flags. The build now actually uses the specified compilers too.

The summon arm toolchain doesn't work for cortex-m0 parts, but the
linaro toolchain does. Look in /usr/bin for the -m0 compiler but
continue to use /opt/cortex/bin for the -m3 compiler

Split out sources into separate directories:
core: architecture and product independent bits
cc1111: cc1111-specific code
drivers: architecture independent drivers
product: product-specific sources and Makefile fragments
util: scripts for building stuff
This should have no effect on the built products, but testing is encouraged

the debug modules were disabled in TM and TD some time
ago. Unfortunately, the code was not removed then.
