Setting the values was being done in the UI thread instead of the
Serial thread, which left the serial thread with uninitialized values
when it went to update the displayed value for the current
frequency. All fixed now.

Allows the user to configure the teledongle frequency without opening
up the flight monitor window, and also shows the teledongle fixed
values like radio calibration, serial number and software version.
