altosui: Restructure telemetry classes to be more sane

 * Make AltosTelemetryRecord be a class, rather than an interface.

 * Inherit from this for AltosTelemetryRecordLegacy and
   AltosTelemetryRecordRaw.

 * Remove bogus AltosTelemetryRecordGeneral class.
