This works on everything with a beeper except TeleMetrum v1.0 which
just doesn't have enough flash space for the code.

Take the gps_dump function from ao_gps_skytraq.c and move it to a new
file so it can be shared with the u-blox driver. That affects every
skytraq and u-blox user as they need to include the new file.

<title>altos: Restructure altos build to prepare for multi-arch support</title>

Split out sources into separate directories:

	core:		architecture and product independent bits
	cc1111:		cc1111-specific code
	drivers:	architecture independent drivers
	product:	product-specific sources and Makefile fragments
	util:		scripts for building stuff

This should have no effect on the built products, but testing is encouraged
