Add --with parameters to configure for compiler selection

This allows the user to specify which compiler to use for each target CPU. Also checks to make sure the arm compiler supports -m0 and -m3 cpu type flags. The build now actually uses the specified compilers too. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard

altos: Call ao_task_init before initializing any drivers

When using task queues, the sleep queues must be initialized before any invocation of ao_wakeup or the OS will crash. Just make sure ao_task_init is always invoked early in the task process to get that done. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard

More arch-indepdency bits. GCC stdio is different from SDCC, so create suitable code in avr/ao_avr_stdio.c Create macros to initialize the task stack frame and save the task context. Add GCC/SDCC type definition compatibility macros Signed-off-by: Keith Packard
