doc: Add more authors, fix URL formatting, note that AltosUI actually exists

Add aj and bfinch as authors. Insert an acknowledgements section. Fill in the Fire Igniter section in the AltosUI chapter. Then change the section talking about the future plans for Java to mention that they actually exist now. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard
