chaoskey doesn't advertise itself as a modem, so the kernel doesn't
allocate a tty device.

This waits forever for USB writes to complete, instead of timing out
after five seconds. Useful when debugging the device.

Verbose dumps some data while sending packets.
Fake sends constructed packets, once every 500ms.
Rate sets the transmit bit rate.
