altoslib: Use symbols in AltosRomconfig instead of fixed offsets

The new Hexfile symbol code automatically adds the needed romconfig symbols for cc1111 products, and ARM-based products have symbols in the .ihx files. This means that we can rely on using symbols when finding config values in memory. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard
